Please read these terms carefully before using the 385bet platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by all conditions set out below.
1. Introduction and Acceptance

385bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. 2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the 385bet platform. 385bet operates a strict 21+ policy. If you are found to be under the required age, your account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits will be returned minus any bonuses received. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement applied to all players regardless of jurisdiction.
2.2 Account Registration
To access betting and gaming services on 385bet, you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.
- Each individual may only hold one (1) account on 385bet. Multiple accounts held by the same person will be merged or permanently closed.
- You must not register an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
385bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure. 3. Account Security and Responsibility
You are entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your 385bet account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any communications sent via your account. 385bet cannot be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that your password has been compromised, you must notify 385bet customer support immediately via live chat. We will temporarily lock the account while the matter is investigated. You acknowledge that 385bet has no obligation to verify that any person accessing your account is you, provided that the correct username and password are entered.
You must not use any automated system, bot, script, or software to access, interact with, or place bets on the 385bet platform. Such activity constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
385bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladeshi payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 385bet does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary based on your account verification status and payment method.
4.3 Processing Times
- Deposits: bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
- Withdrawals: Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days.
- 385bet reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or fraud review. You will be notified if your withdrawal is subject to additional review.
4.4 Payment Method Consistency
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an exception is approved by 385bet customer support. This requirement is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering. 385bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards not registered to the account holder, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: 385bet maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any account found to be involved in suspicious financial activity, including depositing and withdrawing without genuine betting activity, will be subject to investigation. 385bet reserves the right to freeze funds and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
385bet offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These individual offer terms are published alongside each promotion. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the specific conditions of that offer in addition to these general Terms.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. For example, a bonus carrying a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
385bet actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinated betting with other players, and exploiting errors or glitches in bonus calculations. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the platform.
5.3 Promotional Changes
385bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of a promotion's discontinuation will remain subject to the terms under which they were awarded.
6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct
6.1 Bet Placement and Settlement
All bets are final once confirmed. 385bet does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system. Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event or game outcome, using authoritative and publicly verifiable sources. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, 385bet's decision is final.
6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting
385bet offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, as well as a range of other sports. The following rules apply to sports markets:
- If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes returned unless the event is subsequently completed within a reasonable period as determined by 385bet.
- In-play odds are updated in real time. Once a bet is confirmed during live play, it will not be reversed on grounds that the odds changed immediately after placement.
- 385bet reserves the right to limit stake amounts on any market, at any time, for any player, at its sole discretion.
- Palpable errors in odds (odds clearly published at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error) will be voided. 385bet will notify affected players and return stakes where palpable errors are identified.
6.3 Casino and Slot Games
All casino and slot games offered on 385bet use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent, fair, and cannot be influenced by external factors including previous results. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game round, the affected round will be voided and any stakes returned. Winnings generated during a technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
6.4 Collusion and Match-Fixing
Any player found to have engaged in collusion with other players, or to have placed bets with knowledge of fixed or manipulated outcomes, will have all associated bets voided, funds forfeited, and the account permanently banned. 385bet cooperates fully with any relevant sporting integrity authorities or law enforcement agencies investigating match-fixing or related offences.
7. Responsible Gaming
385bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide players with tools to manage their betting activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. 8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 385bet platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 385bet platform without the prior written consent of 385bet. Unauthorised use of platform content is a breach of these Terms and may also constitute a violation of applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
The 385bet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, delays, technical faults, or temporary unavailability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players where reasonably practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 385bet shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any technical failure, service interruption, or data loss affecting your account; (c) any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by your payment provider; (d) any loss of expected winnings or profits. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to discontinue use of the service.
Gambling Carries Financial Risk: Betting and gaming involve real financial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. 385bet accepts no liability for financial losses resulting from betting activity conducted on the platform in accordance with these Terms.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
385bet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data is used exclusively to operate your account, process transactions, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

11. Account Suspension and Closure
11.1 Closure by Player
You may request to close your 385bet account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been met and no KYC verification is pending. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.
11.2 Suspension or Closure by 385bet
385bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes the account has been used in breach of these Terms. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: underage access, provision of false registration information, bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, money laundering, use of automated betting systems, or abusive conduct towards 385bet staff. Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, 385bet may withhold any bonus-derived winnings and reserves the right to recover any amounts paid out in error.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 385bet platform, you should first contact our customer support team, who will make every effort to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. 385bet aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the 385bet platform complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which they reside. 385bet makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. Access to the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited or restricted is at the player's own risk and responsibility.
13. Miscellaneous Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 385bet with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver: The failure of 385bet to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision on any subsequent occasion.
Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict arising from a translation of these Terms into another language, the English version shall prevail.
